Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I share my life in general, my good and bad days. I arrived in America with my parents and brother in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. older. I wouldn't be now sharing my story with you if it weren't because my parents are devoted to dedication and hard work. Given the chance to live a better life I was determined to try my best to please them and determined to achieve my goals. My life was set out for me to study at university, land an employment in a company, marry and buy the house. I figured that was the ultimate definition of success. however, life has other plans to demonstrate what it meant to be successful. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my work didn't make me feel happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn an income. The year 2013 was when I realized that my passion was exercising. I also loved getting out and about to assist others. On the path towards this new direction in life, I discovered the personal training I needed. The business I started in 2014. It is my 7th birthday this year. Being a Asian woman in the industry, we are among the few of us. In order to be an innovator in my field, and to provide high-quality coaching and enable others to achieve a happier and healthier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to meet their needs and goals. I am also committed to helping others become empowered so that they are able to achieve their goals, follow their passions and live the life you've always wanted to live. As my career started to grow, I was struck by one of the greatest losses in my life: my mother's passing away. She has won the eight-year fight with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven and I'll always have her close to my heart. It is true that life has the capacity to give us precisely what we require, even if we're not able to see the lesson at the time. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways and I believe my mom gave me a second chance at life through her passing. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. Now it was time to go on to the next chapter of her life as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. As I enter my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. I can truly say that I am living my life now, instead of merely living as I did in the past. The purpose of telling my story is to show you that you're not the only one. I hope that you believe that love is real and that a therapy session can be regular. Your health is your greatest asset. My hope is that you will live the life you want to live and have your final resting place is not a regret, because that's all we can count on during this lifetime.
